New job search engine and service. Comparing what they offer against Monster, which is a favorable comparison, but no mention of SimplyHired, for example.Secret sauce is how it extracts information about you, keying it into a profile that is based on role (as well as title) and matches that against employer needs, which is how they make $$ (from the employer). I’ll be very interested to try this out against SimplyHired and do a comparison. They’re coming at the problem from a different angle, and job search is a huge market.
