They can choose to save advertiser information for later or to share it with others, “multiplying the effectiveness of the advertisement.” Or choose to Contact the advertiser immediately via click-to-call and/or click-to-chat.
They’re claiming that consumers value these tools β 92% of users surveyed said they would be more likely or much more likely to return to a site that offered this toolset. Very interesting, I can’t imagine that this is true, but interested to hear how they got to that number.
