LogMeIn Rescure Mobile. Allows helpdesk to instantly remote control to remote devices. Demoing now, looks good. Works via a virtualized image of the device displayed on the helpdesk screen. And a lot better than trying walk users through a given fix over the phone. Other features: file send/receive, whiteboard (for training). Their existing basic platform to PC’s is already used by 10K companies.
