Let the unabashed pimping begin;)
In all seriousness, though, the parties are great and get all of the bloggy attention, but it’s the content at SXSW that really matters. THAT’s what keeps people coming back, and with the panel picker we get to see that content develop before us via a unique mix of crowdsourcing, an advisory board, and the SXSW staff – no one else does anything like this.
Also, vote for me and my friends!
Okay, I’ll stop now.
Big props to FiveRuns on being selected for this list, thanks to Josh Catone for calling out the good work, and a huge shout-out to all of the great Rails peeps who have participated in the TakeFive interview series.
“FiveRuns, who create products aimed at Ruby on Rails developers, also publish an excellent blog. Along with regular tutorials about how to do things with Rails and use their products, the FiveRuns team also posts weekly five question interviews with prominent members of the Rails community. Brilliant stuff.”
