The Future of 1520 →
A while back Gothamist reported on possible changes at 1520 Sedgwick Avenue in the Bronx, more widely known as “the birthplace of hip hop.” Tenants of the apartment complex, as well as its supporters, have been fighting to get the building landmarked. Just as important, they want to keep the apartments rent stabilized.

I really like this new publication, there’s a great piece on roboethics in the current issue, which in particular talks about the rise of “social” robots and how their behavior reflects back on human beings.

Well I’m finding that it’s a lot easier to post there in terms of the interface, it imports feeds from Twitter, it’s free, and the design is far more simple. The drawbacks? You lose some of the bells and whistles (but who cares) and Tumblr is not exactly the best for longer-format posts but...
